Do I have to have a business to list gigs? No. Anyone can list gigs.
How can Flyper guarantee payment to a seller? When buyer places an order and pays the gig, seller gets an email with order confirmation. So buyer can not cancel his/her order if seller does his/her work well. If I order and pay a gig and then cancel the order which I paid $10 for, do I get $10 or $9 back? You will get the full amount you paid for your order ($10) back if your cancellation is justified. How long does a gig stay active? Gigs are active forever after first purchase. If there are no purchases 2 months after you post your gig , our administrators will delete it.
Is there a transaction fee for withdrawal? No. It is free.
Is there an account minimum balance to obtain before I can withdraw my earnings? No. There is no minimum balance to withdraw funds.
How do I get my offer featured? Featured ads enable better exposure to your gig wich in turn makes the gig more successful in sales. To make your gig featured feel free to contact our Customer Service
How many gigs can I make? We alow 20 gigs per account.
Why is Flyper safe? All sales are conducted trough Paypal. We keep and protect your private data on our site trough User Protection Program. Protection program also includes 24 hour period after work delivery, 14 days safety period, tracking IP addresses and more. Read more on Terms of Service page.
How do I communicate with buyer and deliver the finished work? Thats up to you and your buyer.We create an environment that makes ordering, managing and payment easy. How you and the buyer want to actually get the work done and delivered is up to you, just as in any remote-work relationship.
I can't find my gig! When you log in you can see your gigs under My Gigs tab. When you log out you can see them on Home page.
