GENERAL
 
  Welcome to Flyper! Flyper is an international, online community of creative,innovative,funny people from
  beginners to professionals. Our mission is to be a constructive, educational, helpful and friendly place
  to buy and sell small services(gigs). The following rules are in place so there can be no misconceptions
  regarding the privileges and responsibilities inherent in being a contributing users of Flyper.

  
   USERS

  Only registered users can buy and sell on Flyper. Registration is free.You register by clicking on the
  'Register' button near the top of the page. You will be asked to choose a user name, password and enter
  a valid email address. You have to click on a link in an 'activation email' sent to your email address.
  Once you have done this you will be registered and you can start using Flyper. You can use Flyper to
  buy or sell gigs.

   Sellers
   By creating an offer you are using Flyper as a seller. When a buyer orders a service, the seller gets
   notified by Email. Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the 'Deliver Work'
   (located in the Manage Work Page).
   Once work is delivered, the buyer has 24hrs to respond. After that time, the order will be marked as
   complete.
   Sellers are required to meet the completion and delivery time they specified when creating their gigs.
   Failing to do so will permit the buyer to cancel the order and will lower the seller's rating.
   A Seller may cancel an order at any given moment. However, cancelling an order has a negative effect
   on seller's rating.
   When you sell an offer and deliver it to the buyer, you will earn 90% of the price set for the gig.

   Buyers
   Buyers pay for orders in advance.Gigs(services) on Flyper can be paid for via PayPal.
   Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created. You can manage your order on Manage order
   page. Flyper will not be responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of
   content or files transferred.
   It is your duty to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware.You can request order
   cancellation, but your cancellation must be justified(late delivery, seller's inappropriate behaviour,
   delivered work does not comply with gig’s description etc...). If it is not, cancellation will not be
   processed. When you cancel your order you get back the full amount you paid for your order.



   BEHAVIOR
  
   Posting or sending illegal, abusive, adult, copyright protected, spam, violent or any inconvenient
   stuff is prohibited. To protect your privacy, avoid requesting or providing personal details such
   as usernames, passwords, twitter or facebook account details or any other personal contact
   information. Payment methods other than payment via PayPal are not allowed on Flyper.
   Flyper may contact you regarding your gig's picture size, content, etc., and any such requests
   for change are expected to be complied with.


   CONFLICTS
  
   We have created an environment that enables easy communication between users. If you think that
   there is an easier, faster, more efficient way to communicate, feel free to use it, according to the
   arrangement you make with your buyer/seller. We encourage our users to try and settle disputes and
   conflicts amongst themselves. If this fails, users can contact our customer service for assistance.
   IMPORTANT!   
   In disputes, our customer service will consider only delivered work or proof of work which is delivered
   through our deliver work system.

   USER PROTECTION PROGRAM

   All payments on Flyper occur via PayPal, the most secured service for online transactions. For data
   security and user protection purpose each IP address on Flyper stays recorded. We created a program
  specially designed to protect our buyers and sellers. Program is called User Protection Program.
 
   24hrs period- For 24hrs after delivery buyer can request additional changes to delivered work from
   seller.

   14days safety period- When someone buys your gig for the first time, there is a 14-day safety period
   during which you cannot withdraw payment for gig from Flyper to your PayPal account.
     This period is used to prevent fraud. Each payment following that first payment will be processed
   within 48hrs max
 
   Review policy- After payment buyer can give a review of the service bought.The review will be published
    after our moderators approve it(Within 24hrs) This method prevents hate speach, abuse etc.

   Order cancellation- Cancellation of orders will not be processed if not justified. 


  
   PAYMENTS
  
   Gigs on Flyper have a fixed price of $5, $10, $20, $50.
   Withdrawing revenues requires having a valid PayPal account.
   Make sure your Paypal email address on account is correct, as withdrawals are final and can't be
   reversed.
   When you sell a gig(service) and deliver finished work to the buyer, you will earn 90% of the price set
   for the gig. (10% goes to Flyper and Paypal)
  

   Any violation of these rules may result in permanent deletion of a gig or user account. In case of
   serious violations we reserve the right to permanently ban you from using Flyper.

    Flyper reserves the right to change it’s Terms of Service.
